My Story
I am a qualified and experienced Physiotherapist who has been helping patients around the UK regain their health and wellness since 2018. I have worked broadly through both the NHS and Private practices. I am also a qualified sports and exercise scientist, with a keen interest in sports rehabilitation. I use a collaborative approach with my patients, establishing what is important to them and formulating a plan to reach our goals. The effectiveness of all treatments provided are supported by the most recent evidence coming from the world of physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
